This one I drive year round.
I put the reindeer antlers and red nose on it and dressed as Santa. Drove around Edmonton like that the weekend before Christmas. Spreading smiles.

Saw that in the city this Xmas.... Kool

You ever go to the Rocket Round up in Olds Alberta?
3rd Saturday in July.

First I have heard of it.
Will definately look into it though.
I would be lucky if I put on 500 km on this car per year.
They do rock for a stock engine though.

Daughter always says to keep my driving to a minimum, dont speed, wear seat and dont spin tires...........

Funny how the tables turn... lol hahaha..
Kids, always looking for that inheritence.... hahaha!

At least you are keeping it. My dad got rid of his 68 442 when he started the family. I keep reminding him he should have kept it.

Last year was the 1st time in 5 years I didn't make the Rocket Round up. (Went to Macklin for a Boler meet). Olds is pretty good. They have lots of prizes. Longest distance awards for both members and non members. A great place to meet people make contacts for parts stuff like that. This year will be the second year in a row that the wife and I will miss. We host a car run every year. And due to a family function had to switch our dates. So ended up with our run happening on the 3rd Saturday of July.

With that being said. If anyone from the Edmonton area wishes to join feel free. We do take donations for the Canadian Diabetes Foundation. Hence the name of the cruise. Drive for Diabetes.

Few pics of my summer ride, 2012 SRT8 Yellow Jacket. Looking at a procharger for the upcoming summer to get the car to about 625Hp, need to slide that one past my financial advisor. Who needs groceries!

Not a big horsepower ride but just as fun.
I did all the work myself. I fabricated the frame from scratch, narrowed the front torsion beam, converted to IRS rear suspension,it is completely caged front to back (tied in in 10 places). All aftermarket 1776 cc engine. Aluminum block (not magnesium), aftermarket heads, welded counterbalanced crank, the list goes on. It's not fast but quick as hell. Car weights 1400 LBS.
