So, summer time i put on a holtzman tempaflow on my 2005 snopro 440. The instructions it comes with are probably the most useless piece of paper ever printed. Anyways, long story short. Never started the sled until today. Was planning on going sledding tomorrow. Started the sled just now, it idles like garbage. And i just noticed that it's pumping fuel out of the outside air vent, with the filter on it. Anyone got suggestions?

Not sure about the tempaflow install if it was an Attac system I might have been able to help. I put one of those on my mountain cat and it worked great.

From what i understand its the same thing except there is a canister in line from the carb vents? I got some pictures of the install where i did everything i'll upload them now.

First picture is of the vent filter that is where the fuel is pumping out of.
Second is where the holtzman tempaflow compensator is mounted inside the air box.
Third and Fourth are the carb drains all put together and strung through the air box to the compensator.

Got me stumped those carbs have a lot of vents. I would reroute those hoses that are close to the exhaust spring. I could see that melting eventually. Did you tap into a float bowl for a vacuum source?

If i remember correctly that large hose has to draw from in the air box, not sure if its connected to that small filter but i think thats wrong. Also there is a small barb on the device that a small hose goes to the float bowl over flow hoses. Then the long medium hose off the adjustment end goes to a fitting you press fit into the carb.

Those pictures were right after I put it on. I have it zip tied down with heat tape on it. The vacuum source was drilled into the side of the mag side carb in line with the carb as low as possible. I tried to call holtzman and they were closed earlier. Like I said the instructions were worthless. They made the instructions so the manufactures themselves would understand it even though they'VE installed hundreds. I have never seen one of these before so they were new to me. I'll give them a call tomorrow.
