Check your grounds first off, second, take the ECU off, flip it over, give it a smell. Any burnt electronics smell means you gotta find a new one.

Also while you have the ECU off, make sure there’s nothing blocking the breather hose, or any condensation in the clean box underneath. When it freezes it will effect the barometric pressure sensor to compensate for altitude.

Verify the servomotor is cycling, have someone watch it when you start the sled up, it should cycle on start up.

If your servomotor doesn’t cycle, time to clean the power valves, check the connection to the servo, and possibly probe the wires to see if it’s getting 12v.

If your power-valves don’t open when they’re suppose it’s going to bog down and flood every time. Your sled is going to keep dumping in fuel as if they’re open.

One other thing, look on the side of the throttle body for your throttle position sensor, there should be a dab of paint on the screw that holds it on, and the sensor flange itself, if those aren’t inline. Then your sleds never going to run right. That’s what controls your fuel output, it tells the computer your throttle position to give out the right amount of fuel.

I had basically the same issue that killed two seasons of riding for me. one year I only made it 41.7km and was actually towed more km out then I made it under my own power. would run fine then all of a sudden would start bogging and my friends said it sounded like it was "moo'ing" lol. I checked everything, reeds, fuel pressure, fuel pickups, injectors etc etc etc. checked all the wiring I could and couldn't find anything. would think I fixed it, sounded fine and worked fine at home then drive 7hrs to ride and spend the whole time wrenching on it in the trailer. I was about ready to burn it. stator looked burnt but everything checked out as per cats diag tests. thought it as maybe the turbo i had on it so I removed all of that with no change. thought may it was the TPS so I performed many calibrations on it through my PCV with no change. TSS was never an issue would do it even if unplugged. I gambled on a used wiring harness and installed a new stator and its been trouble free the last 3 seasons. assuming it was the old harness as the stator checked out but who knows which one actually fixed it but very happy it is working again. this is on a non estart 2012

Ok that was not the complete fix, Also found the coolant bottle warped and the cap would not seal losing all the anti freeze therefore overheating and having no pressure too circulate it throws it into limp mode . Thanks to my freind dale and t and t for supplying the parts hoping this is the last peice of the puzzle!

my 2016 warped the bottle also, so I tried a lower pressure cap that I had and so far no issues, I think the cap I run now is a 13psi. I believe the stock ca was 16psi
