Just under the shield and I’m assuming it cuts the wires ?

cluster does not work
battery not charging
tail light does not work
headlights work when sled is running with or with out battery :confused:
servo motor not workin

WTF is this thing ...me thinks it's a fusable link just not sure ?

I looked at squares and this is what I come up with :confused:
A type of sacrificial overcurrent protection device. Represents low voltage and power fuses.

everything tested out good today stator, voltage req

so now were going to be tearin into the wire harness

Not sure on these style of cats, but I was trouble shooting buddies 08 M8 a few weeks ago with a little less mileage then yours. Anyways, when I cut the zip tie holding all the wires together going into the ECU, there were a couple that had worn through on each other. Fixed them up and good to go. On another older M8 last year I found a wire worn through that was zip tied to the fuel rail. I know they're different style sleds, but just a suggestion to check where wires are zip tied together.

Check the ECM before the harness, i had my harness changed and it turned out to be the ECM which i suspected all along, they tested it by installing a used one which did not work either, spent 30 hrs troubleshooting.

That was quite common on those mseries sleds, ecspecially the m1000, not as much on the proclimbs though
