gearing for a 151 800 HO

hey , just wondering what gearing you guys recomend for my sled. i was browsing my service manual and from stock they have 19 45 set up. i know i geared my 600sdi 144 down to a 18 on the top and was happy with that.

what do you think? all i want is some more get up and go and decent mid range pull.

i've been ridin around a bit this year but its tough to get a feel for it now b/c its hard to hook up in this fluffy powder.

you could go with the 18 on top or just leave the 19/45 i know alot of people that run that me included...

the 07 came with 21 45 and i went down to 19 45, like this gear set up, try a clutch kit if your looking for more outa the hole and some decent mid.

mine is 19-47 with a 04 144 chassis and a 07 800r engine with a 151x16 2.33 powdermax track.... works awsome.... i have a bud with a xrs 159 and can hang with him if not pass him..... and i won't tell him whats done to mine.... pisses him off bad...

can you still run the stock chain with the 47 on the bottom?

Bud of mine is running a 19 47 on his 800ho think he added a link to his chain but i could be wrong.

19/47 works awesome on the 151s and you can keep the stock 74 link chain there is lots of room.
