Crazy how different the fish are lower in the Frazer as higher up. The sturgeon lower have very short rounded heads and the ones higher up have long pointy heads. They say it’s cause the ones higher up eat n rocks and need to get there heads down in rocks to reach food, and others are in the mud. Just crazy how same species same river look different.

Very nice impressive fish! Bet he fought good!

its pretty rocky near hells gate as the guide was worried the sturgeon would get the line wrapped around the boulders down low in the water. Took an hour with five of us to reel it in! Cool part was that it had never been tagged before

may have to change the boat decals to "Queenfisher"

My buddy that was fishing with us has a buddy that calls himself king of the river for sturgeon fishing, he figured he has the biggest fish caught. This one beats his bye an inch. We told him he might be king but we fish with the queen

Captain estimated both my sailfish around 70 lbs.. He estimated the blue marlin at 11-12 feet long and approximately 250 lbs.. I only fought the marlin for the last 15 minutes when the first angler powered out after 50 minutes. I don’t know how he lasted that long.
