Downside to acreage life: WHERES MY BEER BUDS??!! Holy fawk....I'm gonna have to start building RC planes from scratch. I went to RZR101's place Friday for a couple....but one has to behave in order to drive home. Du'oh! Yesterday I made beef jerky and chicken wings fro scratch....and I am NOT a cook by any stretch! I will supply GPS coordinates for anyone who wants to come by for a beer at some point. LOL

See Post #46 waaay waaay back LOL. (https://www.snowandmud.com/just-abo...vice-opinions-needed-77299-5.html#post1698217 ) We were uncomfortable with 700k, which prompted this thread, but when we found this other location we realized we could do it for around 600k....which allowed the process to move ahead. Our lot is 1.6 acres.

Ya...we went over by about 7k in the end. I still have about 3 grand to spend on gravel in the spring, then fencing andQUOTE]

trees and grass and......[/ hey dave xnay on the trees n grass, artifical turf and plastic trees recommended by arff and most of the acerage community. way less work in the summer, what with the mowing, watering, fetilizer, raking, cutting grass, leaf raking n gathering, phugg you will not have time for camping, quadding, bullshhit n beer. guess you didn't see the acerage life is like another freakin job post lol, so xnay on the grassay. lol.

Trees (53 of em so far) are 10' apart and 10' from property line....can go full speed on the mower weaving in and out of every second one, flip around and do the others.
