My dads buying a bailer in taber and wants me to pull it with a truck back to red deer.

Says i can only go 40k an hour....


There has got to be a better way. Lol

Make sure the side shields are secured very good...wire them shut if you have to as you don't want them to come open. If the roads you are traveling on are not rough I usually tow them between 80-90km.

Im gonna be doing the bails. Never ran one before, how hard could it be though 😝

There has got to be a better way. Lol
35k max. They are notorious for overheating the bearings and wrecking the spindles when going over 40k. It will cost you new spindles, hubs, tires if going faster.

That sucks. Hopefully he will find one that is closer. Be going the back roads for sure at that speed probably will take me 2 days lol

Knock your air pressure down , 10,lbs or so,80 kph .Check your bearing temps after a bit . 40 km s is legal speed for farm equipment. Tie the side doors shut as mentioned and secure the driveshaft . A neighbor had a baler stolen out side of Dawson creek and the dude pulled it all the way to Didsbury. No damage to anything when it was recovered
