Thx for the pic,when cutting the red out and leaving the yellow on the outside lugs,what does the guy do for the center lugs?

k here is two pics from snowest. the guy used wd-40 which makes a f*cking mess and those clippers, looks like he removed the track too. I just used a knife and cut it like it showed above on the sled on a stand, you can see the cut track and what you are cutting off the track in the pics.
