I hope it all works out.

I heard the 2015's don't like the cold, and would be chitty if the 2014's don't like melted snow..........

Never had a issue with mine, sat outside all year on the deck of my truck, never put it into the garage to dry

Even left the cover off all winter

That is an old rumor with the 2015's. They did a reflash and got that fixed.

The gauge cluster is a minor problem and according to the best Doo salesman, not related to the rain. Good thing there is warranty at $480 a pop!

I had some issues with a 2014 XM on one ride when I damaged the right side panel behind the A-arm, snow getting in there hit the can and steamed up the whole engine compartment. The sled stumbled and lost electrical power occasionally but never completely died, a few times the throttle safety protection would activate and it would't rev up at all. No issues after the panel was repaired and the sled dried out.

Cudos to Bow Ridge in Cochrane...............Ken (snopro) and Jason!

The drying out in the shop only worked for a short time. Took the sled out Tuesday and sure enough about 6 km later the same thing happened. Gauges were screwy.....

Phoned Bow Ridge and explained the problem to the service manager (Jason) and asked when I could come and make an appointment in Cochrane. Ken had talked to Jason on the Monday and they were thinking it needed replacement. Long story short, I had an appointment on Wednesday, the day after I knew something could not be fixed by drying the gauge cluster out.

In and out with a big grin and a new gauge cluster (in stock) replaced with warranty in a couple hours yesterday. To me, that is service above and beyond...............:thumbsup2:

Happened to my Freeride last year and just happened to my T3 a few days ago.

Good news is it was fixed on warranty and it reset my Km's and hours to 0......lol

Good it all worked out Doug.

As for the speedo whackers...

Honesty is still the best policy. If I check a sled and it's less than 26 miles per running hour, you can be assured that the speedo cable was unplugged or there was a sensor malfunction at some point..Sure it varies, but no one idles their sled that long..LOL

Take note.
