Just wondering about access to Eagles. Looks like sleds are leaving from the bottom according to the sled sicamous site, but still logging at 4km. So does a guy need radios still for that first 4km or what the scoop?

Owlhead lot. Road is pure ice for a few k. Sleds were spinning out today.

Can't ride up bluelake from Malikwa

Have to go from owlshead via connector trail

There has been guys going up, even tho it's posted closed ect

They are going to piss off the logging company and totally wreck it for all of us

Club should have their trucks towed, that would put an end to that. They probably dont buy passes and i sure hope they are not members

I agree, same as the salmon arm business owners that go up Malikwa to not have to pay



Plus it's illegal to ride up a plowed fsr road still, but may come legal if u got the right coverage with icbc

I parked at 11 Km. deck only. Need chains with trailer.

With the last two days of snow down low


Should be no problem riding from lower lot, mabe a bit icy but

I thought it was ok sunday

Owl was spun off so no snow at all Some sleds didn't get past 1 k and they were overheating and headed back down. Hope we get a big dump or its going to be fun to watch at Christmas break

We went up Saturday to owlshead

U just have to know how to ride with out spinning and over heating


Stop on the side off road, put some snow on rear tunnel, get going from the side and back up on the ice


Wasn't that bad, conditions up to where way worth the trail up and down lmao



But yes we need snow down low or Christmas is going to be a cluster fawk more so than normal lol

Went up owls with Wes his nephew and a couple from Saskatchewan It is only Wes s nephews 2 or third ride what a trooper. Nice 2016 black kitties 3 x 153 and 3 x162 great day.
