e-tec no reverse??

my buddy has a 2011 e tec just had recall done and has gone through 2 tanks of fuel. runs good just no reverse any ideas

Something is probably just unplugged. Start at switch and work your way down. Make sure ecu is fully plugged in.

he's getting a new switch we'll see if that works
