Yesterday they were talking about dropping the interest rate even further. This Coronavirus deal seems to have gotten all of the concern it deserves and then some, considering the fatalities from the normal flu, and this one is getting pegged at 2%, similar. Ag markets down the toilet. I guess follow the financial guru of your choice and good luck to you.

Sanctuary cities who have been harboring criminals for years, are now in Trumps gun sites. What kind of person would think this was a good idea in the first place, other than our Turd... Trudeau that is.

thanks for that. now here is the real question I have for you or anyone else. atv rancher ext

what do you think the S&P 500 is going to do over the next 12 months?

I think there could be a major crash. I think a lot of the big stocks are way over valued. there is major monetrary stresses happening, you have wall street pulling shady moves, you got war, you got trump election come up here soon, market at all time high''s ....

what do you think? am I right to be worried. or is the market going to sore to new heights this year?

I don’t think anything big is going to happen this year. As far as the internal, high level stock market irregularities, it’s always going on, always has, always will. The big boys always take care of each other, and usually what’s good for them is good for us. There’s nothing us little guys can do about it.
There will be a small blip when the brits leave the EU, but there will be talks quickly starting for a UK/USA free trade deal. Iran is a wild card. If they have a change in government, nothing much will happen globally. If they don’t, the US and Israel are gonna thump them hard sometime this summer to stop their nuclear program. That will probably cause a short, sharp downturn that should recover quickly.
The huge worry is the upcoming election in the states. If trump gets re-elected, things will continue relatively smoothly. If the democrats get in, business investment, capital repatriation and consumer consumption will grind to a halt, taking the market with it. Business/consumer confidence is relatively good with trump, and the socialistic bent of the democrats will cause huge uncertainty.
That’s what my tea leaves/crystal ball tells me. FWIW.

should I be loading up on Boeing stocks right now?

any good suggestions would be great

I like gold. I've been buying since 1700$ cad 2 years ago and is now at 2300$ I think it's still a good time to buy.

you probably aren't going to see 10x gains so if that's what you are looking for maybe ask one if these other guys. it did 30% in the last year and I think it will do 20% easy this year probably more.

if you buy it and it goes down, don't get mad at me though lol

everybody’s risk tolerance is different, so what I’m comfortable doing might not be for you. I tend to look 3 months to a year ahead and go from there, so today I bought apple, cat, John Deere and a couple of US etf’s with about 40% of my cash available for investing. Based on what I see I might take a short term gain and ditch some or all of them quickly, or might hang on and ride them back up to pre-virus values. Right now the media is over stimulating the concerns about the virus and will move on to another story as it settles out. That should stop the panic selling and let everyone catch their breath.

oh for sure everyone has different goals and risk tolerance.

I like bit coin too for example, but I wouldn't recommend that to lucky 7 though.

but I'm interested in hearing what you guys are doing if you feel like sharing

I think people need to focus on the bubble (the stock market)

and think less about the pin. (Corona virus)

I think the stock market is in for a real bad year, the dow has already lost all of its gains from last year and think it's going to get worse. doesn't mean you can't make any money though.

just my thoughts. will check back here in couple months and see I guess.
