Today's ride was at Renshaw it was sweet. We had a large group of us, 10 peeps. Snow away from the cabin was over a foot deep even coming over the hood in places. We went deeper heading towards the north and it was probably 18 - 20" snow. By ghost lake it was coming over your hood. We headed in to blackwater with a 18-20" of snow, many untouched areas today. From there we hit the anthills again sweet snow. It was an awesome day. One person in our group damaged his A arm Some rocks are still show in but there is a huge improvement from two weeks ago.

Must be some magical spot, the snow on the trees doesn't even look the same.

Rode at Renshaw Sunday Dec 20. We went in on 21, a few creeks to cross still and that trail could use a bit more snow. Went into blackwater which the top was pretty wind blown at the gas drop. From there we headed into the anthills which was a great decision as it was fairly socked in. There was a few breaks in the sky at times. There the snow was approximately 16" to 24" of fresh untouched snow, was coming over the hood for the entire day up there. Rode with Snowchuk, his brother and a few of his friends and also DeanG. Made a dumb mistake at the parking lot. Put my yearly trail pass on my windshield area, while I was putting on my avy vest, then went to put it in the pocket and the heavy winds picked it up and gone with the wind it was. Here is some photos

It was an awesome ride to finish off the weekend. For all of those peeps that are riding this week in Mcbride it was snowing big flakes and heavy when we left Renshaw this afternoon so it should be a good ride for you
The trial to Renshaw is in awesome shape for this time of the year. It's also nice and wide in many areas. Rod is doing a good job with the setup this season.
