Unfortunately, i heard the same about guy breaking his neck. Talked to a search and rescew member they had to keep him up at the cabin over night, was unable to get chooper up there and didn't want to risk anymore damage on the way down trail. Herd chooper going up sat morning. hope he's going tobe ok.

Great snow this past weekend, just got to ride safe.

The guy that broke his neck is in vancouver hospital now.. His buddies stopped into the shop today to say a big thank you to everyone who helped out with the rescue.. The doctors say that there is no nerve damage, and he is able to move his fingers and toes.. So that is a very good sign..

We had a good trip last week, and are looking forward to returning in January.

I'm surprised that the Yama-Tank is still above the snow in those pics. I rode one for two years, what a beast to throw around!!

Clear Blue skies and -38 here until about Friday. Too FREAKING cold to do much, let alone go sledding. Supposed to warm up to about -14 for Friday so it should be okay for everyone coming next weekend. Make sure you all pack some extra warm undies just in case.

There's your forcast for the week, still damn cold. Think twice before you go. Most everyone bailed from Mcbride after only riding part of saturday, we rode sunday as well. Only seen 2 other riders all weekend. Snow was good but the windchill was severe, made things very uncomfortable for a few in the group when coming down in the evening. Back in 2 weeks.

Thanks for the help, cause that was me. I helped out a guy with a red Dragon just before my own stuck, and I think he was with your group. Heres a pic with a Rx1 stuck, a cat (I think) stuck, and a Poalris on its side.

That was by bro, Treemongrol, the pipe cracked along the seam while he was trying to keep up to the Yammie breaking trail, ended up melting the oil resorvoir and lost all oil,and melted the recoil cover. No damage to engine caught it before it was totally empty, towed it out, scavanged some parts from another sled, and was ready to ride again on sunday.
