Well all I can say I’m pretty disappointed and pissed. We arrived early Saturday morning 630am checked in our bags the night and hit the hill, rode for the day and back to the room Saturday night. Upon check out they then informed me they would be charging 2 nights!!! All I can say pretty sad when I’ve always stayed here for years and for someone who’s business relies on sledders and skiers during the winter months and this how I get rewarded ...... what a bunch of bull****.

Brutal. We got kicked out of the hot tub when we were there earlier this year cause we had 2 beers each. Never an issue before but all of sudden it's a huge issue. Won't stay there again ever if I can't have a beer in the tub after a day of riding

Check out time at most ALL motel/hotels 11:00am, you should of checked out at 6:30am when you left to go sledding. So what's your beef, inform your self and don't take it for granted.
Day's inn is in the right to charge you, they could rented it out. Sled excuse is BS for their business, most everyone know the rules.

Let me get this str8 tho- u were to cheap to stay 2 nights, so you stayed 1 night. All across the world, checkin is 11am. You checked in at 630am cuz you didnt want lug your suitcases up the hill and you wanted a place to store your stuff. They did and now you cry.
All hotels have a room for your bags with a early check in/check out. Use this feature this next time. It will cut down on your tears.

This is what happens when a few ruin it for the many. Prolly sick of cleanin up chew spitwads, pilsner beer bottles and a bunch of accidents in the hotel parking lot cuz everyone knows 'Bertans don't have snowflake tires, just big ol' slick 35" mudders. Haha

100% keep bags in room and you pay, end of story. If you ask hotel staff they will be happy to store bags in back room, it takes all kinds hmmmm

First explanation isn't clear. Now I understand the complaint, I would be upset as well, especially after asking and no mention of the extra charge before proceeding.

If nothing else, confirm that particular room was vacant the night before and not just empty due to an early checkout. They can't charge two people for the same room.
