He should post the notice then. I’ll go first. This is a twitter message from BC search and rescue.

This snow and mud member is asking people to stay home they do not want that added risk being brought to their town.

I respect What each town does to protect themselves and their people. Some small towns do not have the medical facilities and supply’s available.

Common sense would dictate the level of urgency being told to us to stay home.

If a person is unemployed due to this situation, unfortunately its not a time for recreational activities.

We are getting over 100 cm of new snow from now into the weekend. I fully intend to take a day off work and go ride for a day in Whistler. Only a fuel stop, so no interaction with anyone. Riding partner will be the same. Absolutely zero extra risk being taken or giving.

BCSF says that but a club website says

"effective immediately all collection and grooming operations will stop to help limit the spread of Covid -19 at the request of the Provincial Government.Trails will be accessible to the public but we encourage social distancing at all times. Cabins will be closed to the public"

Interesting how so many people from small towns continue to travel to larger cities and shop their costcos and walmarts, buy gas, and more. Those are the ones far more likely to bring a virus to their towns, than the people sledding on a mountain top. Make their town folk stay home, and indoors if they are really worried.

Never mind soon your going to have guys on street bikes travelling around to various towns, fueling up at the gas pumps, stopping off at restaurants that are open..... kind of the exact same thing as a few guys going sledding. The main difference is that a lot more bikers seem to require ambulance and hospital care than sledders. Please make sure you bikers on here do everyone a big favour and leave your bikes sitting in the garage until this virus passes.

I have nothing against bikers but this goes both ways.

Comparing apples to oranges there. Huge difference between necessary travel, and un-necessary.

3-cases of Covid have exposed heli pilots and ski guides in the interior. The effected are now under self-isolation. These guys are professionals that can no longer help with SAR due to the exposure.

Yes they got it from their paying customers. Heli Ski operators in revelstoke. Plenty of international travelers.

Had a piped crotch rocket blasting up and down the road yesterday at my place. Could hear it echo down the valley for kms. Fricken annoying

The pepole of the world have gone mad...

Each of us mind our own business,,, look after your selves and don't worry about what other dudes are doing...

Lifes just that simple... Relax and take on the things you want to enjoy,,, the good times,,, no point in worrying about what others do since your not the person living in their shoes...

Take care of the shoes you have on is a good idea,,, full time job for most pepole... lol
