actually all 4 mfg's are participating this year....not just Ski Doo. I was just trying to see if Norona would actually say if other brands are participating or would he only mention that Ski-Doo is going to be there....

I heard a rumor that Doo is going release their clutching/motor mount fix on March 31st.
To bad I will be in Mcbride all weekend exploring some new areas.
Would have liked to have been there!

Somebody please take pics or pass on info.

This is what I heard today. Doo is working on the motor mount issue where they believe the right side mount is actually too rigid. This causes the engine to rotate forward under hard acceleration and therefore slack in the belt. This might also explain why the belts are separating and exploding. Currently they are experimenting with XP motor mounts and have found them to significantly improve belt life.

if the GM salesman is not afraid of the competition, he would want all owners especially competitive owners to attend so he can show off his product and maybe convert a few guys.....that being said, in regards to the upcoming snowmobile sneak peak, what's better, saying that only Polaris is there and getting only the ones who are sold on that product or is it better to say ALL the brands are there, and having a huge turnout giving you better odds of flipping a few guys into your product.........

However, if you got nothin to show......and the other guys do, then maybe its best to try and keep the crowds small............
