Going to pull my primary clutch and secondary off this month to give them a cleaning and inspection. Just curious for you out there what have you all done for clutching or have you just left it stock from factory. Just looking for any helpful info out there. I have broke a few driven clutch springs from factory 140-330 black spring. Currently ridding a 2012 stock pro 155. Please feel free to throw out any helpful info out there.

Cheers ProRmk800:beer:

I run washers on either end of my primary spring, that allows the spring not to bind. I used the blue pink spring from slp. I can't remember who makes the washers but it is from an aftermarket kit, maybe thunder products. My secondary I run a Carl's setup, and it works great.

So you just put them front and back of the primary spring?

Kit comes with 2 Teflon coated washers for each end of the spring. Also has uncoated washers for adjusting clutch engagement, each washer raises engagement by about 50rpm.
