It was a complete mess on weekend,raging water, debris floating,rig street has even more washouts now,Rip to the 34 year old boater that lost his life.......I have no idea what would possess someone to go on there in that condition?.

The same reason there's 33 towns named Springfield in the US (5 in Wisconsin alone). People just aren't that original with their names.

We saw an ambulance heading west of Caroline past the snowmobile staging area on Sunday night around 9:30 and figured something not good had happened. On Saturday my buddy fell into Clearwater River and was wearing hip waders , in less than 10 seconds he was nearly swept away, he was clinging to the bank and i pulled him out. Both of us were freaked out, he is the most prepared person ever and takes no chances, i dont know what happened for that split second but he was damm close to being a long weekend statistic.
