Had my spark plug wire burn out on my 15 XM last month and had another one go on my 13 XM yesterday. Never had this issue before so you XM riders might want to check them

What side of the wire, coil or plug? Was there any visible signs?

My 15 I noticed when checking it out at night running, you could see the wire sparking. My 13 started to run on one cylinder so I looked to see if it was the same problem and the wire between coil and spark plug was totally burnt.

My buddy's 12 etech did the same thing, actually started on fire

Put the fire out, was I'm a real sh!tty place, so we tryed to run it up one hill on one cylinder

Started on fire again but this time the injectors wiring

So we towed it, which was a byotch

2 new plug wires and injection wiring repair
