And this is a PERFECT point!!!

I have read this thread and many other's, I'd love to try an XM. Because it sounds similar to my old 04 HME, other that that............

The track doesn't make the sled, but your riding position and what YOU feel is comfortable. Makes the sled...........

My 95 Formula SL, 500 fan, 121 New was a comfortable sled too :D

Dude WTF?? GO and take an XM out...

All the hype is true. Trust me. It is TIIIMMMMMME!!

Lol you think Dan is sponsored by skidoo that's very funny. Nothing against Dan but we would know about it skidoo is very good at that. Unless there's something we don't k ow Dan? Skidoo is secretly throwing sleds at you even though your not a free rider? These guys want to know

Yeah, its one thing if its an honest opinion. Its another if its sponsorship. Im so sick of guys getting free chit and then telling you its the best even when its not. Seen a post on facebook the other day of a well known rider that switched from Yamaha back to skidoo........and telling everyone to go out and buy a skidoo. Give me a break. So yamahas arent as great as you were telling everyone they were a year ago?

Screw that. Im getting all my product info from Maxwell from now on.

I totally agree with the Crazy Canadian on his findings as we have all three brands in our group. I was a previous Xp hater and never could get into the heavy front end feel that they had. That being said the new XM is AWESOME! I can't explain it but I really like how they handle and the only change I would do is to the steering post and move it up a bit. The only thing I disagree with is the price difference. The new XM was 13500 plus taxes and the new cat was 12100 plus taxes and the Polaris isn't in the same league so I won't talk about it. The only argument I have is that with the difference in price my buddy with the cat has ported, piped and shed some weight and it is no longer a stock to stock comparison but the cat now has the edge on the XP for the same money invested. I am gonna have a hard time deciding next year but in the end I think the XM is still the best machine and if they put a belt drive on next year they will get my money for sure.

Maybe he's looking for a sponsorship and already got turned down by Cat & Poo.

Good points. The XM is deffinetly not cheaper I will admit that. Just nice you don't have to do a track swap right away.

You and I both know rider skill level can make any sled dance and go places it shouldn't.
