Weren’t they talking getting them to a passport office in each city and then a person could pick them up? I thought I had heard that on the radio

My nephew’s is one of them. He finally got a hold of Setvices Canada and discovered his Passport is approved and ready to go. He offered to pay to gave it curriered from Ottawa to somewhere where he can pick it up and they said they don’t do that. Fuckin’ government, aren’t they supposed to be working for us? After all we are paying their wages

Oh I do but I’m a dinosaur Doug. I still like getting a paper bill and paying with a cheque. Easier to track for me for year end stuff
We are in the same boat. Payed with cheques but now switching to EFT. It’s quite the process for a company. The hoops you have to jump through, find out which plan works best for you, signing up, waiting for hard and soft tokens, figuring out how the whole process works….
Every step I have to do, I detest Canada Post more and more! A bunch of crying, whining babies who are money hungry and bleeding the system dry.

Ya canadapost needs an overhaul, but the newly hired letter carrier making 17 bucks an hour is not going to be able to do that. However the DEI hired one making 300000 grand a year could, if he had a clue what he or she was doing. So bottom line it is doomed to fail, i can just remember Trudeau saying he was going to save canadapost home delivery when he took office 9 years back. But like anything Trudeau runs it turns into a pile of sh!t

Lets see his labor dispute track record, NDP and LIB are suppose to be for the worker, force the dock workers back to work, forced the railway guys back to work, now he taking on Canadapost. Quiet the negotiating skills he has for taking on USA.. he will not be forcing F-all on Donald Trump. His comments about US and Women, did he forget he just fired a female for telling the truth about his corruption in SNC scandal

I have friends that worked for Canada post and has said how good they have it. each route has a set time to complete. if they complete it early they are still paid for the full allowed time. from there they can pick up other routes that day and are paid the allowed time as well. most routes are able to be completed 2-4 hours quicker than the allotted time. anything over 8 hours is double time. 4 weeks paid vacation to start, huge pension, 100% benefits.......its terrible t hey have to walk in the snow......

Well there you are you have found the perfect job, i actually walked several times in the drug invested hood with my daughter in the dark of winter because she never felt safe. She must have been nuts to quit such a cushy job. She would not go back and she got her pension money out before it disappeared.

Oh you had to post that didn't you, i did 40 years of that crap, most that have not done it will say that is a good job to. Funny how you just remember wading in the mud and reaching in your apron grabbing nails at 30 below and not the building the cabinets and office furniture. Lungs so filled with wood dust you start coughing as soon as hear a saw.

I dont do this everyday, just cant afford to pay someones lbgt benifits to come do this chit. Lol

Anyone that thinks carrying letters around would be hard though holy fkn lmao.

I get that a chick walking around in hood might not be too fun. Thats why women should find a guy to take care of them, have some babies, bake some cookies and forget about being a strong independant woman. But thats another topic lol

Just to piss you off, the last garage i did took me 14hrs to put the form in, pour the slab, and have the roof and sheathing on with one person helping.
