pipe over the back of the head. just hard enough to knock him out. you don't wanna kill him yet. throw him into the back of your p/u. take him to an overpass somewhere in the middle of the night. tie his arms around one of the posts on the upper deck behind his back. use a strong zip tie for this don't want it to break. drop his drawers to his ankles and hang him over the edge. train tressels work best as less traffic to find him before he comes to. get in your truck and go home. never saw the guy until you seen it on the news. thats your story and stick to it.;)

Guy in Chestermere/Strathmore area killed a guy that broke into his house, no charges were laid against homeowner. This was about 2 yrs ago. This was one scenario where the legal system actually worked and protected the rights of the victim.

got 3 unmarked graves and a few empty spots anyone coming over :d

People, I have a question on trespassing. If someone was to come onto my land with a snowmobile, truck, quad etc. and be riding around without my permission. Can I legally shoot them? Say I have a few NO TRESPASSING signs up.

Thinking of shooting someone because they are trespassing makes me think you have more issues than the trespassers:nono:

simple trespassing is no big deal, someone breaking into your house and threatening you is. someone wandering around your house looking into stuff may make me ask a few questions at the very least. you make your own decisions as to your own safety, shooting or killing should be a last resort and is justified if your life is in danger.

I was asking the question to find how Ludwig's family could have gotten off on killing that 16 yr old girl. By my understanding. You all think it was wrong. That's exactly what I wanted to point out. Thanks.
