K for the sake of not having to argue about this, i worked with a guy who was running a hoe ( Excavator) an i was on the ground ( helpin out a diff crew )and this moron started swingin the bucket over our head ( which is a NO NO), so i yelled at him to stop, ran to his door, he was drunk with a 26 sittin on the floor,

so when a company asks for a pre-employment drug test, do it ( if ya have nothin to worry about) or move on...

Im glad that they do it, dont like it much when guys are hung over, still drunk, higher than a kite, my lifes at stake, just cause some people dont give a chit, there are people that have families that they wanna go home too,,

Lol, ok im done

It happened to a buddy of mine. He passed out in his truck behind the bar, and when he woke up and pulled away in the morning, the RC's nailed him with an over .08.

Neighbor's buddy has a on-board breathalyzer in his car - big party the night before, and he couldn't pass the test and get the car running until 2 pm the next day!

Last winter, I was on a site where the Consultant just left his truck running for three days in order to bypass restarting the pickup equiped with a breathalizer. Apperently you only have so many starts on each unit untill it has to be recertified? Has anyone ever heard of this?

I've heard that you need to get it taken in monthly or bi-monthly in order for people to download your habits and report them to the fuzz. Could just be a bc thing though.

Sad but your encounter is all too often. I've seen / investigated just about every situation you could ever imagine and some you wouldn't even dream of. Same goes for the excuses.

In Alberta, It needs to get taken in once a month, they download the info and record it. All results end up on record and when you are up for review to get it taken out those get taken into consideration. That was 10 years ago anyways....my dad had one. I hated borrowing his truck. Randomly the thing would go off....
