So I just bought a slightly smashed up T3 174 with a bent rear tunnel and banged up front end which I can fix daily easy but I want some used go fast parts as this is my spare sled for the kid and yet I wanna have it rip hard for the days I ride it so the parts I am looking for are; upper and lower a arms right hand side, 8 tooth extraverts, 51 tooth lower gear, aftermarket y pipe, possibly a pipe as well but definitely a can to shed some weight. I am gonna do Bakers clutching and he recommended an extra set of idlers on the skid so I am looking for those as well. I figured with all the doo owners on here there has gotta be someone with parts laying around in the garage for sale cheap, let me know what you got. I know its a stretch but I do need some plastics in the front, nose cone piece and the 2 brackets that hold the bumper on, I was gonna price them out new as they may be reasonable but I thought I would try here first. I am searching kijji but its a little off season ha ha. The sled will have a rebuilt status so I am putting it together cheap and it will be fixed right but I can't justify all these parts new for my spare, plus I figure the boy is gonna find a tree or two with it!

I am overstocked on T3 belt drive kits as Tom from TKI double shipped to me. The extras are going back if I don't sell them by mid June. Freight will cost me a bit so if you make me a reasonable offer you could have a belt drive on that machine. The drives lose some weight for you for sure.

Regular $1049, sale $849, which is getting skinny for me but make an offer if interested.

Lilduke I am interested in the can, the drivers you have are 8 tooth? I was thinking a set of avid's but I would consider stockers, please Pm me and I will come on over as I am in Red Deer as well. The only plastics I need are the front nose cone that rivets on to the nun and also my front bumper is bent pretty bad, looking for the heavier one if I cannot straighten mine out. Teth air, I would love a belt drive forsure but again, budget build ha ha but if I hit a pot of cash I will consider it. I have been looking at tunnel stiffners and I think I will be building my own that wrap around the top corner of the tunnel. I cannot find any that do, anybody know of some? I want to build a set that go front to back with a bumper kinda like the VE ones but wrap around the top and also incorporate the brackets for the gas can while I am at it, might be a lot of work but the cool factor will be worth it I think.

Gonna refresh this thread, I have rounded up most of the parts to fix this sled and now just need a upper a arm RHS and was wondering if you guys know what years are compatible, I was told that the older ones are different, 2013 and older is that true? I also still would like a set of 8 tooth extraverts if someone has a set let me know, Kanedog if you see this I will take yours if they are still available. I will be talking pics of my fix as there is no tunnel stiffness that wrap around the top of the tunnel so I will be building my own custom set that I hope look like the VE ones but better, we will se ha ha. The stock doo bumper is weak and I will be building a beefier one while I am at it, looking forward to wrenching on a doo for a change!

Awesome, I am looking forward to tearing this thing apart, kanedog please message me and we will workout details and thanks Mach one, we will talk soon. There is some a arms on kijji that I am gonna try to hunt down and then I will start posting pics, thanks again guys. So far I have bought a new front bumper, y pipe and can, got the aluminum piece that was bent under the belly pan at turple bros for $65.00, I was excited that that piece could be bought individually, new front plastic nose piece and I am gonna order a top gear for this thing to get some speed outta it especially with Bakers clutching! All said and done my goal is to get this thing as close to 50mph trackspeed and according to my research its gonna be close. The Sidewinder will be king still but this sled is gonna be an awesome spare for all my buddies on thier Poos that will be blowing up ha ha, popcorn!!

Not to hijack but where does one to buy a written off sled? Or was this a private sale type deal?

auction... A guy bought my '14 write off, unknowingly off of a guy who repaired it from auction. Turns out he didn't know what he bought and my bank had a lean on it still when he was selling it a year later.

You can buy them at the auction but I bought this sled off good ol Snow and Mud from Mach1, he posted it awhile back and I contacted him, very straight up guy and easy transaction.

So I have rounded up a few more parts, got my 8 tooth drivers in the mail, thanks kanedog! I am looking for a 51 tooth lower gear and a used Dynoport pipe only if someone has one for a reasonable price. I still also need the following: upper and lower a arms and a rear snowflap. I will put on pics soon of my teardown, I just need to get some garage time!!!!
