I have very close friends who bleed bruins so it's hard not to jump on board BUT I would like to see Toronto make a deep run, god knows thier fans deserve it. There is a whole generation of Leafs fans who have never had the opportunity to believe....I don't think they stand a cookies chance at a fat-kid convention against Boston, but If they do somehow get by I will throw my support in thier corner, otherwise I want to see Boston go all the way...

There's still a long way to go still so anything can happen, I just don't see the Leafs getting past Boston. And if you would have asked me before the series started I would have given the Leafs a 50/50 chance at winning this series but last nights display, I give them no chance.

We've got a team...............in the ECHL! They had the best record in the ECHL and can't get out of the 2nd round. Oh well, at least I still have the Bruins.
I don't get to see many Bruins game but I at least get to listen to their broadcast on my iPhone.

Bruins are getting back their playoff feet under them, the Krecji, Lucic and Horton line played lights out, Jagr is playing like his old self again and Rask was on his game. Hopefully it continues and they win this series in 5 and get a couple of days off to rest up for round 2.

3 games down and 1 more win and we're into the 2nd round. Kudos to the Leaf fans for backing your boys through thick and thin but in all honesty, you need to do something about Phaneuf, he is more of a liability than he is a top line defender. Bruins will end this on Friday and get a few days off to rest. That Krecji line is on fire and if the Bergeron-Marchand-Seguin line gets going, watch out!

I totally agree. If one watches him, I mean like really watch what he does out there on the ice (in both ends of the rink), like you were very knowledgable and scouting for a defenceman you would have to be hard pressed to take him for one of the top 2 lines. I wouldn't want him for the third line. Calgary has been locked on some players and I don't really know why, but Mr. Phaneuf was one of them and they finally saw the light.

I am in utter shock at how the Leafs blew that game. After they made the score 4-1 I had pretty much resided myself to the fact that the Bruins golf season was starting this week. I've watched the Bruins enough to know you can't sit on a lead in the 3rd and expect to win but that's exactly what Toronto did and look what happened, a collapse of epic proportions. When Lucic gets his game going the Bruins are a better team, hopefully he brings his a-game into the next round and is there a better centerman at winning faceoffs than Bergeron? The Rangers have been inconsistent like the Bruins so this series should be a good one and was the matchup I was hoping for.

it was an awesome game that's for sure, the bruins showed their game again for the last 10 mins. never count out anyone until the game is over......but they sure did have me worried for a bit there. once they got into ot though it was all boston.

No kidding, once they tied it I thought the Bruins had all the momentum going into overtime. The Leafs were looking tired before the end of the 3rd too which didn't bode well for them. I hope Seidenberg and Ferrence are well enough to play in round 2, the Rangers are a good team and have a lot more experience and skill when compared to the Leafs but a win like this could be just what the B's needed to get them going for the remainder of the playoffs.

Last nights game had a feeling out process to it, once the Bruins scored the tempo picked up. Did Jagr look old last night or what? Move his slow butt to the 3rd line and put Seguin back there. Bruins owned the Rangers in overtime and their power play actullay looked pretty good compared to the Rangers PP. Those young Boston defenseman looked pretty damned good and have a bright future in the NHL. Looks for game # 2 to get a bit more physical and I expect the Bruins to Seidenberg and Redden back, hopefully Ferrence isn't out too long either.
