I don't have the answers but there are many issues at the farm related to OH&S.
Prime Contractor, employer, employee and Worksite to name a few. These responsibilities get blurred on some farms.
Then you look at risks like confined space, lockout-tagout, WHMIS and secure storage of chemicals, driving, operation of equipment, training and new and young workers. There is a reason why these risks are highly regulated in every workplace except the farm.
