bent tunnel

:confused:anyone have any tips on how to straighten a tunnel. its bent right in front of the tunnel extention, right at the end of the running board but not bent to badly.

take a block of wood along with a bottle jack. Its hard to suggest unless we can see a picture.

working at a BRP dealer.. replace!!

and if u have the jerry can placed right to the back, do yourself a favor and move it forword. or it will just keep happening.. i see them bent all the time from the jerry can

Yes this happened on my buddies first trip, ended up getting it replaced by BRP. The manual shows to mount it on the very back... Hopefully they changed the manual now...

You only get one crack at straightining it as alluminum work hardens with movement if it bends again it will crack.
