Hey there,

I have a 2005 MXZX tunnel and bulkhead for sale, if you need a new bulkhead this would be a great option. I'm in Edmonton, let me know if you would like to see it.

Warren

i will keep that in mind and let you know

Glen, I'll come to the shop with Summitric and show/tell you what type of brackets I made for my 06 Rev. Had a 3/4" bend and a crack in my nun. Straightened it out and it cracked the top flange and part of the nun so I had a shop bend a "C" channel from 1/8" aluminum and I then cut it to match the nun from chain case to front suspension bracket. Six 1/4" bolts to hold it in place, no pop rivets. New owner hit a rock and bent the a-arms but not the c-channel on the nun. Fixed the weak point on the Rev and it is easy to do. Matt won't be around for about a week or I would take a pic and post.

I'll be riding with Matt on Jan 2&3 so I'll take some pics and post. My nun was actually cracked in two places and all I did was straighten it out as they are a bugger to replace, way easier to reinforce than replace. I used a Specialy Sled brace on the clutch side. Part should not cost over $50 to make(4"x11" x1/8" piece of aluminum needed), mine was free through work.
