In its day this was one of the biggest baddest dirt bikes around(40 years ago) and it still looks new! Wish I could ride it!

One of my first bikes was a SP100 (street version) of DR100 i will never forget that bike might be one of my fondest memories.. thanks

Yup. Bad az in its day for sure. Another note was the Yamaha ss440d sled I had and people thought I was nuts to have a over powered sled....times have changed eh.

It’s unbelievably in like new shape.Has original tires on it and they are barely worn.Been sitting for quit a few years , luckily inside.
Back in the day these things were described as scary power .

I hope so......going too get the carb cleaned and new gas and plugs. Don’t want too mess with it too much as it sat for a long time . Just create issues . Good compression, good spark, everything I checked is good . Even the oil is pretty clean lol.

Looks good. The Suzuki were a good bike. I Had Suzuki RM400, RM465, RM500 of that vintage 2 Stroke back in the day. I would say, I was faster on Suzuki RM125 on the track after 20 minute mark. Won many races with 125. The 500 was powerful, heavy, wears you out quickly. You have nice barn find there. Congrats ��. Currently working on 76 Yamaha TT500 fourstroke.
