Looks good. What did you use for a brine?

Jalipino powder and sweet maple flavor mix with 1 tablespoon brown sugar per fish for 8 hrs (overnight)in fridge - half cup water per fish.
Then a light sprinkle of steak spice.
After smoking 1hr at 200° it goes for 2 hrs in dehydrator at 120°.
My sweet-fire smoked fish recipe.

If you like super smoke flavor just add a little smoke flavor to your brine.
