Anyone make their own burgers. Made a bunch of grind last night and attempting to make burgers for 20 people tonight. Any tips to keep them from swelling up to baseballs

Ive made my own, im no pro though. So no good tips here haha

I just bought a bunch of pre made ones from the hutterites and they are awesome.

They are thin burgers, but if you want more meat. They are peefect for a double burger.

^^^^ I push the middle down so they look like you can fill them with a sauce, this way as they rise when on the grill they come up even ish

On your burgers when you got it rounded out, I finished them off with the little round hole in the middle I use a wooden spoon handle to do that burgers don’t bulge up on bbq

Are those steaks free for services rendered???
You seem to shop at the colony quite regularly.

Actually these are the first steaks i ever bought from the hutterites.

But they are really good. So i loaded up.

Ham, bacon, steak, burgers, chicken wings, pie, banna bread, pickled egg, pickeled carrots, sour croute, pure honey, patatos ,tamatos, spice.

Probably spent about 1000$ but ya i could pay in other ways if they ask.

Did a couple Tomahawk steaks this evening turned out a perfect medium( tohungry to take pics definitely took longer that I thought they would ). Hit them with a high heat sear on the infrared side burner then let them come up to temp with indirect heat.
