ah man, what a disappointment, I read your thread, thought for sure there would be some juicy scantly clad women, maybe something about Trump or pickles, I kept scanning back looking for the juicy pictures, found lots of them, mostly red meant, but no scantily clad women. It was just a spat between the size of the loin in a steak.

What is this world coming to?

Spritz it every couple hours with apple cider vinegar to give it the dark bark look. Trust me. It was not burnt. The 24 people that ate it were not complaining.

FYI, if it’s doesn’t say Alberta beef on the package, it’s not Alberta raised, only slaughtered.
The butcher shop will have records where the cow came from.

Freson Bros IGA sells Alberta beef, if anyone was curious.
