I will grab some! One of my favorite memories from Jamaica was this dude who had a jerk chicken stand on the beach at the resort. Became a daily ritual to find that delicious fawker! Also did result in a little ring sting depending on how the sauce was mixed that day. LOL.
Yup. We stayed at the Sandals resort in Jamaica and they had a you can eat jerk chicken cabana. So good. Good thing the food was good because the weather was horrible. Seen one sunset in 7 days. One good thing about crappy weather is afternoon delight is a lot easier to convince the misses into when it’s pouring rain.

Tried out Dan’s recipe tonight. Delicious! Thanks for sharing.
There were no quantities so I used my discretion. Added some heat with some powdered rub but pretty much used what Dan has in the picture. Added a little more pancake syrup to the left over marinade in the bowl and rolled the cooked pieces around and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Same spices I use. Sometimes keg spice instead of Montreal.

I used to love Montreal but I was finding it too salty. Switched to spicy pepper medley. But now our new favourite is Kinders on beef. And Jolly Rodger Black carbon goodness on chicken. It’s so weird, when as it melts in and ur chicken is Black.

Where do you find that. Always looking to try new spices

Kinders is at Costco if you get lucky. Otherwise it’s on Amazon.
Jolly Rodger a buddy gets it for me from a place in Edmonton. I’ll find the place for ya.
It’s good on smoked Cream cheese! Tried a buck and the Carbon wins every time . Layout some boneless, skinless chicken thighs and cover both sides and it makes a great chicken burger.

Found it! They probably have Kinders too. I’ve never been there but it sounds like they have a pile of stuff.
Sry it’s in Sherwood park.

Imo you can’t go wrong with anything Kosmos.
The pork tenderloin soak with Dr Pepper draped with bacon will have people coming down the block to taste test.
Two of my neighbours bought loins for me to smoke for them after my first one.
It’s cheap meat and it comes out amazing!
