It consists of Jaws exhaust, and clutching he developed and runs on his personal sled. The clutching includes; primary and secondary springs, polaris weights, and a custom cut helix. Give Ken a call a Mountain Magic for all the details if you are interested.
How has this kit worked out for you? I'll be doing the jaws pipe over the summer. Thinking maybe get the whole shebang if he has a good kit put together.

It works very well. All in all a pretty good bang for the buck value.

How many miles are on your sled now and what RPM are you turning with your setup? Mine is stock, but I have noticed a 300RPM drop after about 500 miles.

Time to update your signature Fastfarmer.

BTW I am booked to be riding Vale next week. My group has 5 guys in the 25-35 age range. Mostly guys that only get 1 or 2 trips a year. If you want to get together to ride a day or two, PM me your phone number.

Thanks tips! Lol Nothing can replace the big 4's buddy, but this Redline Axys sure is a handful! I'll send you my info.

Kurt does a clutch kit for the Axys? Nothing on the website about it. Just the Proride. Did you buy the gear down from Kurts?

Is the Axys still using plastic steering post clamps or have they switched to aluminum. Haven't had a chance to look under a hood yet and can't tell clear enough by online pics.

Thanks

Plastic - mine were shot after 1000 miles but it was ~30 bucks to replace all 3 sets and very easy to do

I noticed on the Axys they are a grey plastic rather then the black that's used on the Pro. Must be a different compound of some sort. LOL, and the grey ones are cheaper...

As with all of the Polaris RMK sleds (including mine) a throttle block upgrade/fix. I took out the set screw on the bottom and threaded/tapped the handle bars and threaded/lock tighted a screw in. Put ty-wraps over it and electrical taped the hell out of it. Third Polaris sled now that the throttle block slipped of and wobbled on the handle bars-nothing more frustrating.
