Anywhere in the very north of BC just south of Whitehorse where it has not rained.
The Tundra should be able to haul both that far, but back??????????
Or all the way to Denali, at 19,000' you should find untouched pow. Only a couple locals ride there.

Two years ago (2013) we had very similar winter, warm February then cold March with a lot of snow.
Hopefully it gonna be repeated this year
