Another Video To Make The Alberta Boys Upset

Add this to the list to make the alberta boys upset! Played around a little more with editing trying to challenge myself. I've come as far as i can right now with the footage i have, i need to start expanding my filming with different angles and footage.

Not trying to make you guys upset, just seems with the last 3 video's I've uploaded i was stirring the pot which was unintentional. Plus i find the thread name has gotten some attention!

Thanks for the compliment, yes, my group is a cat riding group mainly because it's probably the only good dealership in the area, my buddy that wasn't there at the time has an XMR and had a few problems and the dealership tried to stiff him on every single one of them, some 3 year warranty i guess right?

Thanks for the compliment, that's exactly how it is for me right now, all the boy's live close so we just ride the quads down the gravel roads to meet up then go down to the valley.

You can find used gopro's for pretty cheap on the classifieds, i find the Hero 3, is no different then the new 3+, sure the color may have changed for video quality, and the case, but it's nothing that can be noticed in the video. And i'm sure no one could tell that i filmed all of the POV shots with the original GoPro Hero 1080.

I own 3 gopro's, an original hero 1080, hero 3, and a hero 3+. The original hero will do well enough for someone looking to just get footage to have as keeps sakes, very very good quality out of the original.

Do you remember which one you had? I guess I didn't mention that there was 3 different models of the original, the SD "standard definition", the 960, and the 1080. Each time they got better with the exposure and frame rate.

Yep The warranty is only as good as the dealer (figure of speech )

Well judging that the first incident was the exhaust header is routed VERY close to the clean side of the air box and it melted a huge hole in the side of it and we never knew for i dont know how long but when we finally got in the water all the sudden there was a huge oil mark on the top of the water and then his bike stalled out. Found out the hard way that there was a hole in it. They tried to stiff him on that, and didn't even check the motor after they replaced the air box which was all they did, so we had to try and shield the box from the heat. And the second thing was he had a rear axle cup break after 250 miles. They never warrantied that either.
