I just kinda fell into it. I came back from holidays and the owner said he signed me up for some courses and I was going to be the safety person because we needed it to work with some builders.

Just being an azz..... I've worked with ome women who are really good, know the work and get along with the crews....

Then there are the "plant managers wife" safety chicks who think they know what they are talking about and try to act as a cop. Zero actual work experience and will never gain respect with the crews... Gives OH&S a bad name...
