Lol, not really.
This unit the diode is so small you just scrape it off of the circuit board with a precision screwdriver. The hardest part was picking which diode lol.
Not much info out there yet as the v86 is so new.

And ICOM gave me a copy of the software if you ever need. Chirp has bugs right now for this radio.

Canada post sent my diamond antenna to Stoney Creek ontario were it has been sitting for 2 weeks now, i have a few other antennas coming for testing as well. I will post if i ever receive them.

Anyone have any luck connecting to iss with a handheld radio? I tried at the closes fly by with all the doppler shifts, maybe it is in digipeater mode, i can tell it is sending something but my radio is not picking up anything. My high hopes are fading fast.

One of our radio nerds I used to work with talks to the space station. He was programming a couple radios for a repeater and was all excited to show me. It was actually kinda cool in a nerdy way!

This would be SWR reading if you had a reading of 1.0 your radio would be transmitting 100% of its power and a reading of 3.0 it be transmitting a 1/3 of the radios power.
