93 polaris xcr ifs upgrade

i have a 93 xcr 440 it has standard 8in and im looking to upgrade.. i have a extra 10 and 12 parts.. my question whats all different between the 3.. would i need to swap control arms, radius bar, steering, shocks, im trying to get list of options before i rip 3 sleds apart to make my xcr 44o have awesome front end travel.. thanks in advance..

I am not 100% sure about the front end but I don't think you will have to change the steering. Are you going to put the rear suspenssion in also. If you are, use the xtra 10. I have had no experience with the xtra 12 , but from reading all the forums the xtra 10 is better. I have a diagram for the measurements for the instalation of the xtra 10 if you need.
