This says a lot about how many non currents are out there. I actually admire Arctic Cat for taking care of their dealers first instead of jamming them with more product like BRP is doing to their dealers this year. Something has to change in the industry before we lose to many dealers. And it appears by Cats response this problem is not Alberta only.Sounds like the 8000 ctec got a bunch of updates found this dootalk:
The first two quotes are from AmSnow and the last two are from Snow Goer:
“ All three M 8000 models get their mojo from a new, Next-Gen C-TEC2 8000-Series engine delivering a new level of clean Arctic Cat 2-stroke engine performance and technology. The 794cc C-TEC2 twin features new cylinders, pistons, combustion chamber, flywheel and fuel rail, plus a new fuel calibration strategy that delivers a cleaner and more responsive performance, with improved fuel economy and power in the 165 HP class of engines. “
“ Now this is just a little peek into the 2020 lineup for Arctic Cat. Stay tuned as we will be releasing more information as we receive it. “
“Another purchasing mind shift for consumers will be the buying cycle, Kennedy wrote. Arctic Cat will only offer our 2020s as Spring Guarantee models. To state it simply, if consumers don’t put their money down before April 30, they won’t be able to purchase a 2020 Arctic Cat in season.”
“ Kennedy also promised a new pricing strategy that will be unveiled on March 5. “
Yep everyone is in the tank now. We are all pricing like that or at least the dealers that don't want to stock them for next year anyways. I've sold a few down at that price already.Im surprised that there is still a non current sled program still, Glad to see that a manufacturer is getting rid of it.
Non currents definitely have a impact on the used market. 13100 out the door of the ad is wrote properly.

Yeah, what a slap in the face to the snowchecker.
Now no one can sell a used one for $13k, they have to sell it for $10k and it's a $7k bath on a one year old sled.
If a guy can roll sleds every year for $3500 every year I would be a long term customer.
Just heard Yamaha will release the 880 2stroke in the Alpha chassis, multiple color options and a twin rail option as well!!!

Yeah, your a poster child for everything that is wrong with this snowcheck system. LolI have been selling our used sleds for $10 and under for a couple years now. It is a beotch, but I sell them.
No crying here skeggy. Buy a dealership and try and get a big buck when there is sheet everywhere. Sounds like you cant afford to be in the sport?Yeah, your a poster child for everything that is wrong with this snowcheck system. Lol
But I guess your in the latest and greatest.
You could offset by one model year, buy non currents and probably do 50% better.
But sno pro may cry.
Jerking off the dog to feed the cat.No crying here skeggy. Buy a dealership and try and get a big buck when there is sheet everywhere. Sounds like you cant afford to be in the sport?

Yes, but only on the base model - M Alpha One
The Hardcore Alpha One has stiffened boards with Fox coil over QS3 shocks
The MountainCat Alpha One has LED Lights, QS3 Fox Float Shocks
both sizes of the Alpha Mountain Cat and the 165" Hardcore now offer an electric start option
