Sh#t JUST GOT REAL!!! That 175 will be a destroyer of worlds... Arctic Cats release wont touch that thing, Polaris better have a factory Turbo to touch that thing... Or it will be like many other years, you will have to
spend 6-8k on a Poo to get it to pull like a Doo... Just take my Snow-Check money already! Where do I sign!!!

I know multiple guys with 16-35 rides on a 2017 g4 no issues.

Wish I kept these years ago.

Need to be like old cars and make them again.

Nice to see the innovations continuing with BRP. The new electric start will no doubt be copied by all....LOL.

I hope the free ride comes in a 3" lug.

For myself this is what I wanted and would of purchased last year if they had built it.. Now a year later, and riding a few 165 I'm not that sure any more..

bulk heads concerns need attention, pdrive needs much attention, engine stability concerns, crappy belts, complete skid redesign.. And once again no stock charger.. These need to be addressed doo to swing my boat, after all the problems I seen on them last year I'm not sold that they have been taken care of.. Please address!!

I'm terrified of where that 175 is going to go. "No stock turbo" should not even be allowed to be a complaint. Seriously fred, come on.

Looking forward to seeing you on the hill next year fred on another brand complaining about it because it doesn't have stock boost? Maybe a Super Sidewinder is in your future? Big track and big hp with stock boost? Renowned reliability as well? Just what you are looking for?

Than why are they brittle and crack?? Should I have to remove foam and the swaybars to prevent stuff no.

The above comment is why I think no changes and upgrades will be made to 2018 and as much as I'd like to check a 175, I'll stick to my trusty xm till I hear of durability improvements and parts availability.

I am a little surprised to hear the Freeride got the 850 (RMSHA) but am intrigued by the KYB Pro 36 front end. 154x3 available? If that's the case the price point becomes very important, because even the KYB Pros benefit from being revalved. Cost of adding good shocks to the Summit becomes quite justifiable.

Or stop making them out of Mexican grade cast aluminum ?
Well lets just wait and see what happens! Do I think they could have made them stronger? Im not sure... Honestly if someone could show me one that was broken that DIDNT smash into something and show me some proof there is no spindle damage or a arm damage... or any impact damage at all for that matter.. I will think differently about it. But honestly the ones that I have seen so far... Have HIT something and were damaged! Im not a crime scene annalist.. I cant reconstruct an accident to see if there was enough force in newtons exerted on a certain spot to do damage.. and as far as someone saying there is no damage to an arm and its STILL broken... Give me a sled and a big rock and I can show you exactly how that is done.

What do you think is stronger?

A. The stamped aluminum bulkhead on the xm.

Or

B. The cast aluminum bulkhead on the G4?

hello... I run a stock maverickxds with boost runs well and now 4000km on it, run two stock 260turbo seadoos two years and your thinking why I'm complaining of BRP comming out with a stock turbo two stroke.. Aftermarket been running them for years now, my impulse is almost three thousand km trouble free.. This to me is why doo never gets ahead, like green combines

do you mean the pro 40s? Or did they go to a 36mm body?

if so that sucks.

You must be an engineer. When did BRP start making 260HP turbocharged sea doos? Unless you are talking about the SUPERCHARGED 4 STROKE 260 engine...... They are your machines so Im sure you would know that. And your referring to your 4 STROKE 1000 turbo in your maverick.... the 800 e-tech and the 850 e-tech are both two strokes fred.... Write that down. You should do some checking into market share if you think BRP never gets ahead. They call it ski-dooing for a reason.
