Conditions are excellent right now. Rode boulder yesterday from main lot bumper to headlight deep depending on the aspect. Exercise extreme caution as the new snow Is NOT bonding and is extremely touchy. Ride safe.

What is the best/easiest place to check weather for the revelstoke riding areas? Can you specifically check weather on Boulder?

Best forecast is to look up from the parking lot.

Otherwise environment Canada, weather network, snow forecast, YamaCam, Revy mountain resort snow gnome, Drive BC cams, and a few more but they are top secret. None of them are perfect, pick and choose what you will from the forecast, get out and ride and determine from there how to interpret that info.

I can’t find the translation button for your post.

Sat/Sun should be decent with some more precip following right behind.

Stuck on the Trans Can in Glacier with hundreds of other vehicles waiting for the road to open....sigh.

Off to Bou Basin tomorrow...hopefully.

Just got through that mess and landed in Revy. Snowed the whole way then switches to rain in Revy. Should still be snowing up top

Looking up at the parking lot tells you absolutely nothing.

Sure it does. If I see blue sky from down low it’s probably going to be blue sky up top. If I see a fresh snow line at 5000’ well guess what. Heck if there is 2 feet in the parking lot i can expect that or more up top. Do I care what I see in the parking lot? Not really. But the anticipation of what I find when I get up there starts at the parking lot.

I could ask someone who’s been up there but you never get an honest and real answer especially when they don’t respond to you.
