Rode Allan today. Trail up was pretty icy and bumpy. Snow up top is awesome. Lots of stucks. Was snowin pretty good on our way out and the groomer was parked at the trail head. Hopefully she gets groomed tonight.

Sorry folks....

Rain and 3degrees above are not ideal track setting conditions. We are completely ready to rock we just need mother nature to cooperate.

Clemina only tonight for grooming............................

Allen today was pretty good but couldn't see much. To make matters worse, coming up out of a tree well, my secondary clutch destroyed itself. I tried to fix it right there but it was getting dark so I pulled the clutch off, and my sled gets to sleep in the back of Allen tonight. Me and my buddy doubled back on his rmk. Two of us on one machine going down that trail was BRUTAL. Took us at least an hour to get to the truck. By that time my knees were very stiff and fingers frozen from holding the clutch. Hopefully glen in mcbride can get me a clutch or repair mine to at least get the sled to the truck. I don't know how we are going to get up there tomorrow if we have to take the old trail. Slow and steady I guess. Not looking forward to that lol.

Rode @ West Ridge yesterday....Only 2 of us there. made it 100 feet to top of alpine. Trail up is crazy, and untouched, Insane sidehill last 100 feet or so, if ya dont make it you fall way down into ravine through trees, Not sure if there is another way up? Need to get up there bk it is untouched paradise

Well the sled recovery mission was successful! Drove into Mcbride this morning and glen sold me some new sheeves and put it together for me. Drove back to allen and doubled back up top with my buddy on his rmk. Anyone who seen two dudes on an orange rmk pro; we were on a mission, we weren't riding double just for fun lol. It took everything I had to hold on going up that trail. We almost never found the sled because of how much snow fell on top of it. I cut down some trees and used them as land markers before we left. If it wasn't for those trees it would probably still be up there. A lot of fresh snow up there but it was very hard to see. Met a lot of people coming down at around noon-1pm saying it was very difficult to see. Here is a pic of how much snow fell in about 15 hours.
