Sorry no freshies yet. Below is a pic from Allen Creek as you can see we have along way to go........

Just starting the new thread for the year.

Our Annual General Meeting date will be sometime in mid September and will be posted here as soon as the date is finalized. All members and general public are welcome and encouraged to attend this meeting to ask questions and give input on what you would like to see happen during the upcoming year. So please keep looking back for the date to be posted here and if you are in the area, please come on out and attend. All current memberships expire at the end of this meeting, and all exisiting members will be asked to please renew their memberships for the upcoming season. New membership information and forms will be available very soon on our website at www.valemountrecdevelopment.com

We have also begun our sponsorship drive for the upcoming year and deadlines are tight to have things all printed and prepared for the ASA Edmonton Snow Show in October. There is a STICKY thread at the top of the General Snowmobiling Section that all all current forms and info relating to sponsorship. With times being the way they are, Sponsorship and Support is more important now than ever. Our entry level packages provide a lot in return for the dollar and we hope that we can see some new sponsors sign on for the upcoming season. Please help out and pass this info along to any one you feel may be interested

hopefully a late oct or early november turbo test and tune ride, a few blocks of ice on the tunnel and some water for sliders and were good to go, we did 6km of dry one year this way and no problems, lol.

As seen by the picture above Curtis and the Varda group are at it already !! Hope that everyine is getting there varda cards this yr and shows there support for the town and valley we all love to ride. Can we purchase the cards at the sled show this yr ? How about season trail passes? Cant wait to come to Valemount count down is on!!

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, memberships will be for sale at the Snow show, although we cannot print the cards there as due to some political BS we are unable to actually sell membership to the Association of BC Snowmobile Clubs (which are included in our memberships) at the Edmonton show and we now need to print and mail them out when we get back to the good ol mother land (valemount)

Season passes will also be available for purchase at the show and they include membership and the incentives that go along with it.

A huge help would be if folks can pass along the current sponsorship information to anyone you think may be intersted in supporting our group at this level while receiving some excellent benefits for it. The info is included in the attachments. Time is of the essence as we need to have all printed materials ready for the Edmonton Show

VARDA Annual General Meeting will be held at the Best Western Valemount, Eagles Room Sept 20, 2011 @ 7:00pm
Vote in your 2011/2012 Board of Directors and get updated on VARDA current events !
A current membership in VARDA is needed to be eligible to vote.
Memberships are available for $20 at the VARDA office located next to the Visitor Information Center.
2010 / 2011 Memberships Expire after this meeting. Remember, if you are a sponsor, you are also a member!

Also No Cabin, id reccomend staying out of there aswell. The snow is always Terrible as Msxwell said.:d
