Stayed in Blue this past weekend and rode Foam Creek on Sunday and Groundhog on monday. Foam was pretty sketchy in the bigger open ares so we had fun messing around in tighter meadows near creeks and such after my buddy tweeked an a-arm on a rock doing about 4 mph. Burned a total of about 12 liters or gas tip toeing around everywhere. Got lucky going into groundhog on monday made it to the 10km turn around area 5 mintues before a logging truck came down the trail doing about 50km/hr yikes, could have been bad. Definitly don't go in there without a radio, for reals. Groundhog was about the same. Any area facing west was rocky and windswept and lame anything near treas facing east was pillowy and supple. Ill try to post a few pics tonight or tomorrow. They won't be great so don't expect too much from me. peace

Do they log on weekends? Or is all this log truck action happening with the Monday and Friday sledders?

We rode Sat & Sun and for us it was was all quiet in terms of logging trucks.

Hey Guys,
So we rode all weekend and this is what we found. Saturday we rode in mcbride up on renshaw. Snow was okay but the trail up was not all that fun. We got all the way back over the sadle but still a lot of rocks. Saw a lot of bent A-Arms and and twisted shocks at the cabin

So sunday we road Blue River and went up to ground hog. The snow was awesome didn't have to worry about rocks or anything. I attached a couple picture they are all from blue river hope you like them. There is way more snow in blue river than mcbride!
