We have received about 35cms.in the last Day 1/2......

We are just waiting for the 30-40cms. that they are saying is on the way !

Global News is Reporting that after this next System hits Us that it will Clear for a few Days then WHAM !!!

Yesss Another System will be Moving in and We will get Hit with another Snow Storm !

Soooo Hang onto Your Britches and Book into Blue River to take care of Your Itches !!

I have to tell You that We have been receiving RAIN !!

Lets Hope they are at least Sanding OR Salting the Hi-Way's !!

The Elevated Corners are going to be Pretty Challenging and also watch the Bridge Decks !!

Our Current Temp. in Blue River @ 9pm. is +0.2 C. Light Rain falling it was Breezy out there Blowing from the West.....

That must be Our next Storm Blowing in ...OR...The High Pressure they were talking about !

It has Stopped Rain / Snow ....

Current Temp. -0.8 C. Overcast....

This System has now moved into Alberta....WOW....You Guys are getting SLAMMED !

We are now going to TANK into some COLD !....Weather

Now that it has dipped below Freezing the Roads are sure to Tighten Up !

HOLY MOLY !......

Alberta sure got SLAMMED !With a Winter Storm over the last few days....

I think We will be going to Alberta for some Sledding !

YIKES....With ALL the Wind it has caused some MAJOR Snow Drifts !!

Hi-Ways are Closed every where.....mostly around Strathmore I know Lloydminster got Slammed also !

Thanks for everything Patty. Great place and excellent meals. Very impressed. Patty and Robin treat you like there own family. The places are spotless with very comfortable beds. We were very impressed. If you got wet gear they have a drying room for it all. Oh ya we made it home too, roads were fairly decent till you got to Edmonton. Come back to lots of snow. It's 1/2 way up my back door, needless to say my shoes are soaked and my jeans up to my waist.
We rode groundhog Saturday and had a blast waist deep pow all day. Only got stuck once all day and that's when I stopped to give jon marc a hand, my sled dropped in a tree hole and was stuck on a few large branches. Sunday we went to the fingers area. First went up to the end to the cutblock there is still alot of stumps and rocks. Took a few pokes and played a bit. There was another group that was stuck on the hill up so we headed the other way up. Yes got stuck a few times. But had fun and used a tank of gas. There were areas from 2' to 4' powder. Some good technical tree boondocking on steep terrain.
