2002 Seadoo GTX rfi

Anyone know what a 2002 Seadoo GTX rfi should rev? Mine revs to 6000 rpm and a buddy has the exact same and his revs to 6700 rpm. Also mine only goes 45 mph and his does 50+ mph. What could it be? Any ideas? I wondered if it could be the Rave valves? Thanks in advance.

how is the impeller did u suck up some rocks with it some dings on your impeller make a big diffrence :d

I think it is fine. that shouldn't afect the RPM? Just seems like it needs another gear. Did they make a "learner key" for them?
