I’m on the hunt for a bumper/hinges and a nosecone.

I think I might have everything you need Aaron. A guy just gave me a couple of parts sleds. Gonna unload them and tear into them today.

Small fiberglass repair needed... right where the hinge bolts through the hood...

what does a guy use? Duramix used to be the go to... is there anything better?

I used a kit from home hardware for mine and it has held up great. Bondo brand

Yes on the one side you can see it. Helped keep the salt of the driver side also.

got it all back together last night and it didn't want to rev past 4500 rpm... I warmed it up and tried to clear its throat but its got a carb issue I'm thinking... I'll go back through the carbs again...

Well with the Bung Bung just around the corner... I have started to look for another exhaust pipe for this sled... let me know if you have one laying around....

I found a bumper and one hood hinge locally… another hinge is in transit from EBay… still need a black nose cone…

Killed some time and threw some G4 handlebar heaters and grips on the old girl!

My boy is taking quite the interest in this tinkering… I wonder how long the 200 will be in the stable!
